Adults, come try out a special orientation for our Combat Fitness class during the Grand Opening! This class is FREE for anyone who is a member of the Sudden Valley Health Club, and meets Mondays at 6.30 and Fridays at 5.30 in the Multi-purpose room in the Community Center, right next to the gym!
